My First Clients.
Jake's first clients, Bjorn and Marcellus, have a nice result during a 5
day trip landing 26 carp out of 35 takes. The Dutch guys return to the
Netherlands with two new personal bests and a return booking for next
year!

Jake's Madine Result
I fished on after the WCC and ended up catching one carp. A 24kg mirror
was the culprit which took a liking to my three corked tigers nuts
fished at 400m range.

Jake's Favourite Carp of All Time!
It is quite incredible to imagine catching one carp four times in a year from any water let alone the awesome Cassien. Well that's what Jake did catching this carp the first time in March 2008 at 23.5kg. They met again at American Beach in December of that year - this time at 24.5kg. Amazingly six days later she was in Jake's net again at 25kg. After a move to Aviron Jake then snared her again just as his session was ending at 25.5kg. "This carp loves her boilies, and I know many people who have also caught this greedy fish over the years!"

Four Big Carp From Aviron
Hard to believe that when Jake left the UK his PB was caught back in 1992 before he gave up the sport for 15 years. 23lb 12oz was the weight incidentally. Jake's first Cassien carp weighed 30lbs - it was a good start. His second fish however was a proper lump and swung the scales to 25kg. Jake went on to catch big carp after big carp and caught this fish again at 25.6kg, another huge mirror weighing 27.5kg, and the angry common known as Chardonnay. Look out for the catch at the end of the clip!
