Food Menu
Jake's menu is prepared fresh every day, and varies according to the time of year, and your personal tastes.
Jake as your chef.
Jake is your chef as well as your guide and he takes great pride in both aspects of his job. His menu is well thought out and encompasses some of the food he tasted on his travels, in Italy, France, and Spain. Jake also adds some UK dishes but tries to vary his menu as much as possible as he appreciates his clients want great food, along with their fishing.
You will get three meals throughout the day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Jake will serve these at times you are most happy with and not at set times. You are on holiday after all and Jake wants you to relax and enjoy!
Jake will ensure all clients are familiar with the food menu before arriving, and if any of you have allergies, or are not able to eat certain products, then Jake will alter the menu accordingly. Likewise if you are a returning client and there is something not on the menu from the previous year which you particularly enjoyed, just ask, and Jake will do his best to slot it into the menu.
Depending on the time of year and the temperature, Jake may change the menu with your prior agreement. For example on hot days a Caesar Salad might be more preferable than the original choice for that evening's meal. Jake is flexible and will do his best to ensure you are well fed, and that you enjoy every meal!

Large sandwich with jamon & salad Spaghetti with clams Carbonara Bolognaise All served with a piece of fruit. |
Dinner MenuJake serves large dinner portions to keep you going till breakfast.
Sausages, mash & onion gravy. Pork chop, saute potatoes, veg. Meatballs with spaghetti. Fajitas with tortilla chips and dips. Lasagne & salad Extremaduran Casserole & mash. Beef Stoganoff & rice. Chicken Ceasar Salad |
